Failure to attend will result in a participant forfeiting funds.
Cancelling and/or transferring are not permitted.
The instructor can at anytime refuse services to a participant without refunding any funds during a course. Participants need to refrain from profanity and/or vulgar behavior and language.
It will be expected that each participant conduct themselves respectfully and politely.
It is recommended that participants dress in casual clothing that is loose fitting and comfortable. At times you will be required to be on the floor for long periods of time. If you have specific questions about your attire please contact instructor/trainer in advance.
Insufficient funds will be billed within forty-eight hours. Failure to pay will result in Heart to Heart Training/Consulting contacting the District Attorney's Office in Solano County. A fee of $25.00 will be billed to individuals with accounts that are insufficient plus any and all course costs.
If your check bounces you could be arrested and prosecuted.
This business reports bad-check writers to the Solano County District Attorney's Office. Protect yourself. Be sure you have adequate funds on deposit before you write a check.
Passing a bad check with intent to defraud is a crime. Failure to pay upon demand is considered presumptive evidence of knowledge of the insufficiency of funds
